Intro

I have been working in Customer Service for 6+ years. During these years I have gained many skills in human connection, empathy, and the ability to analyze situations and solve them.While obtaining my degree in Psychology, I took the time to gain other Technical Skills like salesforce, microsoft suite, SPSS, etc. I have built quite a bit of technical and analytical knowledge.

After graduating, I kept finding myself going back to coding and figuring out how to make things work. I fell in love with the colors of code. I am looking to transition to programming. I am a very quick learner and have a great attention to detail. I have taken the time to earn certificates for some basic programming languages like Python, JavaScript, R and SQL. I strive to make this transition as smooth as possible and I hope my credentials can showcase that. By the way, check out my awesome work!

Experience

My first experience as an analyst was as a Service Analyst at UNFI. Most of the work I did focused on techinical support over the phone and through a chat system. I used many tools including Avaya and Service Now.

During my 6 years of college I learned how to code and analyze data as well. Conducing my own testing and data collection to create a research proposal. I learned Python, R studio and SPSS. After graduating I gained some certificates in SQL and Tableau.

Perfecting the art of Data Analysis and preparing for a position where I can showcase what I can do.
